Platform terms for Liistr.

Liistr is a property discovery platform for rentals, land, and properties for sale. By using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

You may only use Liistr for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the security, availability, or normal use of the service by others.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account unless the activity results from our own security failure.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep that information reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for the content you post on Liistr, including listing descriptions, images, prices, contact details, and any other information associated with a property.

Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. You must have the right to post the listing and any associated media. You may not post fraudulent, duplicate, abusive, or unavailable properties as active listings.

Liistr may review, reject, edit, suspend, remove, or restrict listings or accounts where we believe content violates platform rules, creates safety risks, infringes rights, or harms the quality of the marketplace.

We may take enforcement action without prior notice where it is reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Liistr provides discovery and listing infrastructure. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Liistr is not a party to property transactions, tenancy agreements, or sale agreements concluded between users or third parties.

Users are responsible for carrying out their own checks before relying on listing information, making payments, entering into agreements, or sharing sensitive information.

The Liistr platform, branding, interface, and related content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the service beyond what is permitted by law or by our written authorization.

By submitting content to Liistr, you grant us the rights needed to host, display, moderate, distribute, and improve the marketplace using that content.

Liistr is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, listing accuracy, or transaction outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, Liistr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, user-generated content, or dealings between marketplace participants.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Liistr after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised version.
